Building a comfortable, quiet, and healthy home was a priority for the owners of this single-family residence in Vancouver’s Riley Park Neighbourhood. Through the pursuit of the international Passive House design standard, this house is estimated to reduce its energy consumption by 75 per cent compared to an equivalent conventional house in the Lower Mainland.
